Hi, I'm Ashley Brissette — mama, mountain dweller, and the founder of American Wilderness Agency.

After more than a decade in marketing, I traded corporate chaos and outdated systems for something more honest, soulful, and effective. What started as a side hustle with a clipboard and a dream has grown into a marketing agency built specifically for contractors and outdoor/home service brands — because I'm not guessing at your business. I've lived it.

Before I was building brands, I was on the roof. I've worked the trade side of this industry — the job sites, the supply houses, the language of estimates and supplements — and I'm also a homeowner who's sat across the table from a contractor, deciding who to trust with my own house. I know what actually earns that trust, because I've stood on both sides of it.
